WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE ALAMO

We find that residents have the optimum experience at the Alamo Apartments when expectations are made perfectly clear. So we ask that you please read through the fine print below when applying for an apartment at the Alamo.

PAPER, PAPER + MORE PAPER

When applying to live at the Alamo Apartments, applicants are required to complete the Standard Colorado Rental Application. There is no fee for the application.

RATES

The Alamo has 1 bedroom furnished apartments only. No unfurnished units.

Rents range from $1150 to $1400 per month depending on the size and floor the apartment is on. Deposits are equal to one month’s rent.

QUIET + CLEAN

One of the reasons our residents say about the Alamo Apartments is that we’re responsive when matters arise. As new owners in 2017, we made a commitment to our residents and ourselves that we would improve the reputation of this historic and important building.

Built in 1939 as the finest hotel in the county, the Alamo Apartments was adorned with beautiful Mediterranean-influenced wrought iron and fine woodwork. In the 1980’s, the third story was added to the building that was reconfigured from a hotel to a senior residence. The next evolution of the building was as an apartment building featuring spacious one-bedroom apartments with efficiency kitchens, walls of windows, and oversized closets. The concrete building provides the quietest living possible.

PROPERTY RULES

No smoking of anything inside any of the apartments or inside the building. If you would like to smoke, you will need to move 25 feet away from the Alamo Apartments. 

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
